I could use a few volunteers

A number of weeks ago, I applied for a more current job. The fitness center across the street was looking for a manager, plus I presented them with an application for employment. I wasn’t necessarily trying to leave my old workplace, but the fitness center location is right next to my house. I was absolutely thrilled and ecstatic when they called me to come in for an interview. The interview process was long, plus they asked me a lot of intense questions. Mostly, they wanted to guess what things I would improve to make the gym better; One thing that I brought up was the terrible locker room smells. A lot of people didn’t like to use this particular ¬†fitness center, because of the air quality. I felt strongly that if the air quality was upgraded, the people I was with and I would acquire more purchasers. I used air quality as the biggest of my complaints, even though I also added a few other key areas. After a month of waiting, the gym finally called me back with a sweet job offer. They even added $5,000 to my requested yearly salary. Now I have a large and serious job ahead of me. I have to make good on the promises that I made during my initial interview. I do understand the air quality is a large issue in this gym, plus I guess there are very significant ways the people I was with and I can improve the problem. The people I was with and I don’t need to spend a lot of money on air quality components, but some better air filters would honestly help us so much. The people I was with and I can also scrub more frequently, empty the dirty laundry basins twice every day, plus ask our purchasers to keep their lockers free of food.
