I am a realtor plus I see several houses week in plus week out. Some of the properties I see are just a simple tweak or two away from being sale ready. But, by plus large, most of the properties I walk into need a significant amount of work before they are market ready. Sellers often feel I am simply attempting to raise my overall commission by adjusting the overall value of their property. This is so far from the truth. The fact is that there are several properties on the market plus those that need too much work will be entirely overlooked. Resistance runs rather strong around Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment concerns. Believe it or not, updated heating plus cooling equipment in a house is a rather immense selling point. Or, an old, inefficient Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device can be an immediate deal breaker. Most prospective property buyers do not want to deal with removing plus replacing outdated heating plus cooling equipment. They want to be able to move easily into a new property that does not require such a major renovation. Today’s house customer is so much more informed than in the past. They pretty much know the SEER ratings plus best models of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. There is no pulling the wool over anybody’s eyes on heating plus cooling concerns. But, it never fails that I run into a seller who simply wants to negotiate major renovations off the final asking price. This is truly madness. A seller that is willing to do this should simply sell their property sight unseen to one of those real estate consortiums that get anything plus spend next to nothing. The bottom line is that updated, efficient Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment is a must have before decided to put a property on the market.
